Medical Veterans in the Leelanau County area who are eligible for VA medical care can access primary care treatment at the Traverse City Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The clinic is located 701 US Highway 31 S, Traverse City, MI 49685 (231) 932-9720. Primary Care services are provided on an appointment basis.

Memorial & Survivors The Leelanau County Veterans Memorial, located on the grounds of the Leelanau County Government Center, was dedicated on August 14, 2010, the 65th Anniversary of the end of World War II.
